Food News and Trends Get McDonald's Delivered for Free on Halloween — Here's How The fast-food giant is teaming up with Uber Eats to offer $0 delivery Halloween weekend. By Maddy Sweitzer-Lammé Published on October 19, 2020 Close Photo: McDonald's According to a recent survey, more than 75 percent of consumers say that they're taking the pandemic into account in their Halloween plans. That means less trick-or-treating, fewer haunted houses, and all-around less spooky activities leading up to what is usually the most treat-filled day of the year. To fill the void, McDonald's is working with Uber Eats to offer free delivery on orders of $25 and up during Halloween weekend. That's right, you can have the treats you want without even leaving the house. For a little inspiration, here's my $25 order: 1 Big Mac meal, 40 spicy McNuggets, an M&M McFlurry (because it's Halloween, and Halloween means candy!) an Oreo McFlurry, and a hot fudge sundae. If that's not a treat worthy of Halloween, I don't know what is. From Thursday, October 29 to Sunday, November 1, redeem a $0 delivery fee in your Uber Eats app. Just like the Halloween spirit, the offer will drift away at 11:59 p.m. on 11/1, so don't be tricked into waiting too long to redeem.
