Very good cookies , I added a tablespoon more sugar and 1/4 c of flour and put in fridge for 2 hours. Still used quite a bit of flour while rolling it out. But worked out very well and tasted great!
Amazing flavors! I made one substitution, I didn’t have Saba, but I had fig balsamic so used that instead added a splash of port wine to it and cooked it on stovetop to thicken a little. It was a great substitute! It was one of the best lamb recipes I have ever tried.
I made this as an appetizer to bring to a party , it was a hit ! I used a frozen bag of riced cauliflower, thawed it and drained it well. It was great. Delicious!
