I loved it! Easy to prepare with minimal ingredients. I did add about 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce as it cooked to add a bit more zing.

This is the fourth year in a row that I’ve made this stew for St. Patrick’s Day and my dinner guests (and I) love it! There’s never any leftovers! It’s is surprisingly easy to do and stick with the recommendation to use shoulder cut lamb chops as they are much more affordable than other cuts and loaded with flavor!

Jackintx reviewed Kelly Berenger’s Salisbury Steak. 02/16/2018
It was a delicious and simple to make meal, made in well under an hour. The only change I made was to add sliced mushrooms to the gravy which provided a bit of tasty texture.

Jackintx reviewed John Mitzewich’s Chef John's Boston Baked Beans. 10/17/2017
Easy to make and tastes delicious. It does take time to prepare, mostly due to soaking the beans, but it is worth the wait! My guests were returning for seconds!!
