Pineapple Fried Rice II Recipe.
Have made several times... great as-is, but I mix it up and throw in extras that I have on hand, such as red peppers or fresh pineapple. Tonight I used left over pork roast in place of the ham. Also, the full amount of white pepper made it too spicy for my 12yo, so I only use about half.
