Excellent.....Excellent!!!! Have been wanting a muffin since being on my diet...but couldn't bring myself to eat all those calories!! I added 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp. salt, plus 1 tsp. vanilla. I also put in some cranraisins (of which I put in hot water while I was getting the ingredients together, to make them nice and soft and plump.). I have NEVER tasted a low calorie muffin so good. Hats off to you!!!!!!!!!!
I have made these stuffed celery for YEARS...!!! These are the best. We always have these for an appetizer before our big meal at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Nice to have at 4th of July outing also..as it's very cool (kept on ice) when it's real hot outside. Yum..yum...can"t be beat, everyone should try them!!!! I also use the recipe as written...sometimes with the nuts, sometimes without.
I didn't care for this recipe... The only changes I made after reading the reviews were that I added another egg and I upped the butter to 1/3. I thought it was quite bland---oh yeah, I DID only cook for 50 mins. and it was completely done. Won't try again, the taste wasn't worth it. Have to find a different recipe.
Love...Love...Love... I have never been able to make fudge before, and I'm 61!! This is excellent, however. by looking at other comments, I found out that you CANNOT stir for the 7 minutes...and I think that's what I was doing wrong...THAT should have been stated in the recipe...otherwise I would have given it a 5 star...but still excellent recipe.
I didn't care for it....Everyone else didn't like this one as much as they loved my usual, regular pumpkin pie I make. I WILL say, however, that this top DOES NOT crack...as stated.!! Glad I tried it..but won't make again.
