My 6-yr old daughter helped me make this. Very easy to throw together and easily mixed by hand. No electric mixer needed. Our family really enjoyed this. The streusel on top is crunchy and addictive!

Definitely a keeper. I've made this twice and it does get better the longer it chills. My only feedback is that 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs was way too much. I think I will try 9 graham crackers (1 sleeve) with 4 tablespoons butter next time. Also, I found that lining the cake pan with parchment paper made it more difficult to serve. I would skip it next time. My friends and family love it, though. Thank you for the recipe!

This is fantastic. I liked it with a little less lime juice but I didn't have fresh lime juice so perhaps that would make a difference. I will definitely make this again. Soup in 30 minutes or less!

Perfect portions and easy recipe to follow. I read the least positive reviews and they are confusing as some say they have no flavor and some say all they can taste is vinegar. Either way I disagree with both and these are basic, no-fuss, homemade pancakes. The batter also works for a waffle maker!

My mom brought this to Thanksgiving this year and it was so yummy that I asked for the recipe. It's spicy comfort food perfection. I didn't change a thing and love the recipe as is!

Found this in the allrecipes magazine. They usually modify the recipe slightly for the magazine so I followed that recipe and it's a solid old-fashioned potato salad recipe. Made it twice now and I can't get enough of that dressing! It's so good!
