Always loved Creme Brûlée but never made it - Valentine’s Day plus the pandemic made me give it a try. Bought a torch at the hardware store and gave it a shot. So easy and really delicious!! Followed the recipe exactly - perfect !!

This recipe was delicious !! We did not have Guinness so I used Yeungling it probably would have been more rich with the Guinness. The filling was a little watery next time I will strain the tomatoes. I strained the filling before I put it into the casserole. I ended up putting a 1/2 can of cream of chicken in the filling because I wanted the gravy a little more rich - see Guinness comment - I know cream of chicken sounds strange but that is what I had. Other than that I followed the recipe to the letter. Everyone loved it will definitely make again!!

My family loved these they are sweet and the vanilla is a great add - I think I was a little heavy with the vanilla. They had to cook longer than when I make Belgian Waffles had to wait until they were crispy. Great basic recipe for traditional waffles.

I made this for my family because i wanted real homemade beef stroganoff using ground beef. I didn't want to use prepared soup in the recipe. This was delicious. The mustard added a surprisingly good flavor. I added beef broth because the gravy was too thick, served with sautéed mushrooms and egg noodles. I made the recipe for 10 so I would have plenty for 6. Everyone had seconds. Even my picky 13 year old loved it!! This will be a favorite for years to come !!!!
