Not sure if I read the directions correctly for the cream cheese, but it came out VERY watery. It says 1/2 (8 oz) package, so is that half of an 8 oz package or 8 oz? Not very clear but it didn’t come out right if it’s half of an 8 oz. Plus just use a Betty brownie mix, it’s so much easier.

OMG this was deeeelicious! Halved the recipe and cooked it an 8x8 and turned out AMAZING. Followed the recipe as written but I’ll add a little extra sour cream next time. Perfect for potlucks and definitely a keeper.

Very good and easy to make. The only changes I made is that I used less eggs and added cheese on top about 5 or so minutes before casserole was done so the tots would stay crispy.

I have made this many times but just now posting a review. It.. is..DELICIOUS! Simple to make and I always have the ingredients on hand. The flavor is as good as a Chinese restaurant. I double the recipe for the sauce because I like it saucy, and only use two breasts since it’s just me I’m cooking for. Serve with jasmine rice and add chopped green onions and, voilà! They really put the flavor over the top. FLAVOR TOWN!!

Absolutely fantastic and so simple to make. It was a hit. Better tasting than Marie Callenders and a heck of a lot cheaper! Just make sure you make the meringue before the filling is ready to pour in the crust. It will adhere better once it’s put back in the oven and won’t weep.

OMG this was ABSOLUTELY delicious! I already made it twice in one week. It’s light, rich and chocolatey. A very elegant dessert for a fancy party or just for the not so fancy family dessert. I only made a couple of slight changes and that was the cookies. I used half of a 20 oz bag of chocolate animal crackers, 1 stick of melted butter and a rounded tablespoon of sugar. Came out great. Easy to make as well. You’ll LOVE it!
