I loved this recipe as a road map to ratio and cooking time. I used chard instead of spinach, tomatoes, zucchini instead of mushrooms and shallot instead of onion. I also used a bratt and bacon. I also always use frozen hash browns as my crust. I think you have a lot of wiggle room when making quiche, you just have to make sure you use the freshest and organic eggs, can't go wrong

so good and moist! Easy to make and everyone gives a thumbs up. I did use whole milk plain yogurt instead of sour cream, because that is what I had.
