I took some advice from other reviewers and only used about half the cayenne pepper that was called for. I added some sliced red bell pepper with the onions, garlic and jalapenos. I had to use granulated ginger so I added that when I added the tomatoes to the skillet. I also added some basil and chives. Also added the chicken back into the sauce and put into a 400° oven for about 20 minutes to tighten up the sauce and allow the chicken to soak up some flavor. Served over rice with a side of grilled zucchini. Helpful (0)
