I made more of the rue mixture because I had too much chicken. Also I used a refrigerator pie crust because I had one on hand that needed to be used. My husband was excitedly looking for it the second day in the fridge. It turned out perfectly. I must say at end move quickly to get it spread in a pan because it hardens quickly. This can be made ahead or in a pinch.
