This takes a good couple hours to make but it’s also pretty easy. We are going to have it for dinner so I haven tasted it yet although the sauce was good by the spoon full.
I enjoyed the flavor. I gave it a three star because it is dry and hard to eat as an after dinner desert. I can see myself eating this with a cup of coffee in the morning.
This is great! I added more lemon juice, half cup to be exact plus a little more flower to thicken the consistency. It turned out really good but you have to like them with more of a tartness to the lemon taste.
I can see this being a great recipe if made properly. I made it for the first time tonight and didn't crumble the graham crackers enough so the base turned out chunky which isn't that great. I rather have a smooth base. The only thing I'd do differently is add a little more peanut butter and reduce the sugar to 1.5 cups of sugar.
