I like them... But just doesn't taste like a pretzel... Tastes more like a really good bread stick... Followed recipe but... Need more of that 'pretzel' taste

Love these & so does my family! This is a relatively easy recipe. The dough seemed crumbly At first.. I almost added an extra egg.. But refrained and I was glad i did. The more you work the dough it comes together. I replaced the raisins with dried cranberries and added lemon zest.... Will definitely make These again!
The only thing I did differently was i added an extra egg. My dough was incredibly dry without it. It made a beautiful dough... Easy to form... And the end result tastes like a snickerdoodle
This was the first recipe I tried for biscotti and it will be the only one I use. I added lemon extract in an equal amount to the coconut extract for a little addition to the coconut. I also toasted the coconut prior to adding it. I found the dough to be very crumbly however so I added an extra egg. The result is a great tasting coffee dunker...
