Needs improvement
A lot of work for disappointing result. Yes, directions followed, no substitutions. Almost 1/3 of cupcakes collapsed upon cooling. I saw this comment from other viewers. Should have considered myself warned. Ate one cupcake and threw away the others. Not worth the calories.
