Made this tonight. If I make again I will use: less pasta, more garlic and fresh not frozen green beans. The frozen green beans did not fit well with everything else being fresh. My husband liked it, had seconds, but we both ended up using garlic powder for extra seasoning.

For those about to make this, read through the recipe. It takes longer to make than you think. Having said that, I made it pretty much as instructed. My frozen vegetables were 12 oz, because that's what the store had. Let it sit a little to soak up the juices for more of a stew. We didn't wait and it was more like a soup, but by the time we were wanting seconds, it was a thicker consistency. This is a keeper recipe and will make again.
