Delicious! I did cut my 1.25” chops in half to cook more quickly. Delicious..will make again!

This is a very good meatball recipes! I did use half lean ground turkey and precook the meatballs for 20 min at 375. Because we like spicy foods, I almost doubled the spices but not the salt. Thank you for this delicious recipe served with pasta and Parmesan cheese.

Living in Seattle, we have salmon almost weekly. I’m very grateful for a delicious new way to serve staple. I did add chopped onion and finely chopped garlic to the sautéing peppers. Please don’t over cook any salmon...25 min was definitely long enough! The results were deliciously moist and cleanup a breeze. Thank you!
