They are in the freezer waiting to eat after 30 minutes. I was out of chocolate chips so I shaved semi sweet bars and added white chocolate chips. Mixed all by hand which did fine. I had to put my honey in hot water to get the last bit out of the bottom of the jar. Added some rough ground organic coffee beans too!
Everything was good. I pan fried chicken breasts in avocado oil and herbs de province. Sliced it then finished in the oven by the directions. I was out of cream and used half n half. Cream is best.

Good but not my favorite. It is a good choice if you want a quick drink. I added a Tbl of peanut powder for some more protein and flavor. I also used coconut sugar instead. Not very sweet but that is how I like it.
Delicious and easy especially for a crowd. I took this to the office for a hot chocolate bar. I reduced the sweetened condensed milk by one third because my husband said during my test recipe it was very sweet. Served this with soft peppermint sticks, whipped cream, caramel sauce, and mini marshmallows!
I made this recipe twice. First with chicken breast then thighs the second time. It is much better with chicken thighs (I usually don’t like thighs). I do not have an air fryer anymore (3 have died on me), so I placed them on a rack over a sheet pan to cook in my convection oven. Like the author said, if you don’t try this you are crazy! This recipe has what is in my pantry and fridge. All I have to do is make sure I have chicken thighs. Delicious!
