I have been making these for years, but I melt milk chocolate and dark chocolate (separately) and spread a small layer on one cookie and place a second on top. Best sandwich cookie ever!!

I prefer to use chocolate graham crackers but the store was out so I used chocolate teddy grahams. Delicious!
