Delicious! Really easy recipe to follow. Substituted margarine with butter (1 for 1). Added 2 table spoons of white sugar to the liquid mixture while boiling. Added a dash of vanilla extract after combining the eggs. IMPORTANT: stir one egg at a time. Don’t over mix the egg or the dough will get too tough and chewy.

Turned out great! Made a large batch, separated into individual portions, saran wrapped and froze in a freezer safe bag. Makes for easy breakfast or lunch any time.

Amazing! I was a bit nervous at first as the batter turned out thicker than I’m used to. But the pancakes ended up SUPER fluffy and delicious!!! I added a splash of vinegar and vanilla extract. Forgot to take a photo as I was hungry and they looked too delicious to wait! Next time :)
