Made as written then added 1 tsp vanilla into batter. DO NOT bake this for the time listed! I realize everyone’s ovens are different but at 40-45 minutes, you’ll end up with a nearly burned, super dry cake! I recommend you start checking it at 35 minutes and so on.

This was my first time making or trying a Dutch Baby. It wasn’t as sweet as I was expected but still really good! I did increase the vanilla to 1/2 tsp and only had reconstituted lemon juice but still turned out great!

Super easy and delicious! The most difficult part of making this was actually finding the butter pecan cake mix! I made it exactly as written in a 9x13 pan and topped with cream cheese frosting. So good!!

Such an easy, delicious meal! Definitely double the seasoning but not the oil. I use 4 chicken breasts sliced in strips and whichever bell peppers I have on hand sliced in thin strips. I like to add tomatoes to mine, preferably fresh but I’ve been known to throw in a can of stewed tomatoes, drained. Toss it all into a large ziplock bag and marinate in refrigerator. Bake on sheet pan and turn on the broiler for a minute or two at the end.
