Good recipe. I used leftover cranberry orange relish, then reduced the sugar by 1/2 a cup. I left out the oil. It didn't need it.

Moist Banana Muffins.
Great recipe ! Thought I might have to add some milk. Turned out prefectly. Didn't have chocolate chips but tasted fine without.

Tuna and Avocado Salad.
I am always looking for new tuna recipes and this one is very good. I used mild green Chiles instead of jalapeños. This recipe is very simple and it's easy to cut or make enough to take to my next pot luck.
