I hv been just making these again and again. For binging during exams, for baby showers, for festival gifting, just to go with a cup of coffee.I use a convection microwave at 200 deg C for 13 minutes in summers and for 15 minutes in winters.

Sona Gupta Joshi reviewed dakota kelly’s Fig Spice Cake Recipe. 03/10/2017
Absolutely luscious cake ... I just cut the sugar to 3/4 cup. That brought the flavors of figs and spice out beautifully. I substituted the buttermilk with homemade watery yogurt . I baked the recipe in two loaf 8" tins. I bake all my goodies in an LG microwave convection oven on convection mode. Baked this one for 50 minutes at 170deg C. Came out nice, brown and just right.

Great easy recipe to follow... Reading everyone else's review, I put only quarter of a cup of green pistachios, quarter of cranberries, one slice of candied orange cut in bits. I didn't want the biscotti to crumble due to too much fruit. Will try with original quantities next time. Dough was super sticky..l Put the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and then used a little dry apf on the work surface to help shape the logs

Sona Gupta Joshi reviewed Amber’s Chocolate Walnut Fudge Recipe. 08/04/2016

The recipe is simple and easy to follow for lazy cooks like me. Had the sudden urge at 10 pm to make some fudge. Zeroed in on this one because I had all the ingredients. Used 100 ml water + 1 cup milk powder instead of 5 ounces of evaporated milk. Used one Bournville bar and 2 heaped tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder. Waiting to make it all over again with flavor variations now.
