Excellent! Substituted mascarpone cheese with 8 oz cream cheese and 2/3 c heavy whipping cream. So good! ?? see picture!

Six or seven stars if I could. THE BEST GINGERBREAD COOKIES EVER!!!!!!!!! This is a prize winner, I think. They came out of the oven golden brown, it is perfect. Everything is perfect, I think. This is probably the best cookie I ever made. We have never made gingerbread cookies before. It is also relatively easy to make. This is probably our best first-time-made-cookie SUCCESS!!!! Unbelievably good, so I highly suggest it.

This is delicious! I cut the recipe in half and added roasted garlic and chopped onions. My 10 year old helped me make it and he said this is his favorite chicken breast recipe!
