Followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfect but they're too sweet for my taste. My next batch I cut the sugar in half and added some dice jalapenos and loved them!

I've made this almost every week for the last 3-4 months. We can't get enough of it! I make it as written, using 3 bananas. Bake for 1.5 hours. It's moist and perfect!;

I used pumpkin pie filling vs pumpkin puree for the pumpkin layer because it's what i had on hand. I mixed it with the eggs but simply omitted everything else. For the topping, instead of 1 cup of cake mix, I used 1/2 cup of cake mix and 1/2 cup of rolled oats. Everything else I followed exactly. It's delicious!

My hubby is a meat-and-potatoes guy so I turned this into STEAK and baked potato soup! Just cook 2 ribeye steaks and slice them into the soup. I modified this recipe a little by adding some chicken stock for extra flavor and seasoning to suit our taste. Hearty!!
