Absolutely delicious. I didn't find turnip greens at the market and I substituted kale. We just came back from Spain and it will now be my version for my friends here at home.

Great summer dish.

I followed all directions with the exception of grating and squeezing the ginger. My family loved it and I will be repeating this recipe for fun food occasions.

I used 1/2 teaspoon of chipotle chile and had just the right heat for my family's taste. The cumin and paprika were just right and I received rave reviews; it's a keeper.

It was easy and turned out heavenly.
