Buttermilk Pie Recipe.
It was so delicious! It kind of reminds me of gooey butter cake/tapioca. I had to use a substitute for buttermilk cause I didn't have any but it still turned out yummy!

Yum!! It turned out great. I had to substitute the pasta for fettuccine cause I couldn't find that type but I'm sure it tastes the same nonetheless! And I only put about 1 tbps of pesto cause I feel like 1/2 cup would've been overpowering.

Unstuffed Cabbage Roll.
It was really delicious. I did alter it to make it vegetarian. I substituted kidney and black beans and meatless meatballs for the ground beef. I also added more tomato sauce than what it called for. Turned out great!!

Homemade Corn Dogs Recipe.
I used soy milk instead of regular milk and veggie dogs cause I don't eat meat and they turned out great! They were sooo delicious ?? I made 16 so I can freeze them for easy meals! Definitely be making them again. I might add a little maple syrup or honey next time I make them for an added flavor
