BEST CHILI EVER!!! This is my go to recipe for now on. It is delicious! The only thing I did differently was that I cooked the meat first then put all the ingredients into the crockpot and cooked on low for 6 hours! I used bud light for the 1/2 cup beer.
This is phenomenal!! I made it just as the recipe called for with the exception of adding a few more red potatoes- it was sooooo good. I used Barefoot Pinot Grigio for the white whine the recipe called for :) This is a keeper and I will definitely make again!!!!
This is the BEST stew I have ever tasted and it was my first time ever cooking anything with venison. I must say...it was DELICIOUS!!! My 16 year old ate 3 bowls of it after claiming he would never eat venison...needless to say- he loved it! I altered two things with the original recipe.....I used beef stock instead of the water and I cooked it in the crock-pot on low for 5 hours after I browned the meat. I will definitely be making this again: )
