My goodness! There must be a misprint in this recipe! I made it exactly as stated, without thinking, and 1 tablespoon of kosher salt is by far too much. It was inedible. If the salt is reduced drastically, it would likely be very good, maybe to 1/2 tsp.
I made 1/3 recipe for 2 but used spring mix instead of Romaine hearts and fresh broccoli instead of cauliflower. I made the whole recipe of dressing and used all for the two salads to coat the greens and veggies evenly. A very colorful, healthful and different salad.
