Loved this recipe! Easy to follow directions and spot on baking times. A delicious cookie! Only add: 1/8 tsp fiori di Sicilia for an Italian cookie taste. I did put the cookie trays in the freezer before baking for 15 minutes and they retained their shape perfectly.

Refried Black Beans
Delicious! Followed most of the recipe- modifications: two cans of black beans, vegetable broth (our son is a vegetarian)and tomato purée. So good! Will not be buying canned refried beans again.
