Easy and delicious. I would recommend to do everything by the recipe but add time. Sugar and water mixture once boiling needs to continue to cook for 10 mins and slowly pour into the egg white vanilla mixture when they are pretty whipped (almost stiff). Continue to mix on medium/high for 7 to 10 minutes after adding the sugar mixture. You may think you failed but it probably needs more time and mixing. Finished product is shiny, fluffy and similar in taste to marshmallow fluff.
Great recipe. Super easy and delicious. I customized it a bit just to my tastes. I added extra garlic a big tablespoon of minced garlic and some sprinkles of granulated chicken seasoning for some saltiness and flavor. The cook was perfect and was it hit for dinner.

Its a good recipe. I've made to the exact recipe and it comes out really good and a crowd pleaser. I'm not a mustard fan, but completely personal bias and doesn't effect my rating. I have also made this with just what I had in my fridge and used this a template. Using honey turkey, cheddar cheese, mayo and topping with butter, sugar and ranch seasoning. It came out delicious. Personally I like it better, but I am writing this because this recipe is so versatile and absolutely worth the try.
Second attempt. Great recipe. Only added a splash of vanilla and a super small sprinkle of confectioners sugar on top when I serve them. Big hit with the kiddos and a great way to use our old bananas.
Great. I followed the recipe pretty much on point. Just used Dijon mustard and added some baby dill. Delicious! I ate it with some cloud bread. (Keep it low carb) Definitely recommend.
Made exactly as the recipe says. Personally too much peanut butter. I added a extra banana and it was more tolerable. Not my favorite but gets 4 stars because my daughter loves it.
