This is such a great, simple recipe! You don’t need a box of mix. Perfect consistency, excellent rise, browned beautifully. I only had a cup of buttermilk left, but added another cup of 1%. Next batch will be true to the recipe. Loved it!
Almost effortless, and soooo delicious (I did add 1/2 tsp of salt and skipped the panko). The pork was melt away tender. I made a little gravy with some chicken broth, and served it over the meat and some mashed potatoes. Easy dinner that’s on the repeat menu next time I see pork tenderloin on sale.

Like others here, I made some changes, but this was done faster — and we enjoyed it more — than the old recipe I used to use. I used a 28 oz can of diced tomatoes and green chilies, added a can of seasoned black beans, and seasoned the pork chops with chili powder and “Pork Seasoning” (one of those seasoned salt blends).
