As a whole, the recipe is good. I added a chopped and seeded jalapeño, a dash of Worcestershire, and a dash of Old Bay! Tasty!

Pretty good if you like mild heat, but not hot enough to be true jerk. The pineapple was great!! I used the Brazilian recipe. I served this with coconut rice as a side since I couldn’t find plantains.

Instead of rosemary, I used dried thyme and used baby carrots. Overall a good recipe!
