Juicy Thanksgiving Turkey.
I will never make a turkey any other way. This was by far the best turkey that's come out of my oven. Made the seasoning rub and cavity mix the night before. On turkey day, I put it together with the bouillon and wine (I used Italian Moscato) and cooked it. Wow!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole.
I never got "best dish on the table" compliments until I made this dish yesterday, Thanksgiving Day 2017. Thank you!!!! I prepared the softened potatoes, the potato mix and the topping all the day before turkey day. Then all I had to do was bake them together. Easy peasey.

Chocolate Clementine Cake Recipe.
My grandson loves clementines and asked for a clementine cake for his birthday. I didn't think there was such a thing, but I found it here. I only added the zest of one clementine and used 2 cake boxes since they were gluten free (Betty Crocker) and don't rise as much as the gluten cakes. I did not slice each cake in half, lengthwise, so I ended up with 4 layers. The cake was delicious!
