Garlic Shrimp Pasta Bake.
This recipe is delicious but the amount of cooking time on the shrimp makes it like rubber. I knew this ahead of time and cut down on the cooking time in the pan. 5 star if it wasn’t for this

Grandmother's Pork Chop Dinner.
This was so bland and not presentable on the plate. The pork chops needed browned and potatoes just humdrum. I knew it would be as no seasonings in recipe but wanted to make as written because everyone always gives a 5 star review without making recipe as written. If you put your adjustment on it, it's your recipe so write your recipe and present it to this site. Sorry grandma but someone missed something in this one.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy.
Yikes, I drained the fat from the beef. Then used olive oil for the rest! 3 stars for not draining the hamburger fat or calling for 80/20 or 90/10 ground beef! Not looking for healthy, just not tasting greasy on my tongue.

Papa Funk's Campfire Chili Recipe.
Did everything except browned the meat and sausage to drain the fat! That surely is too much fat 20% plus in my body unneeded! It was great without the extra greasy blah!!!

Summer Garden Crustless Quiche Recipe.
Made as written but this is basically an omelet so I made it as such in a fry pan. You can add anything you like to this as long as you have enough eggs.

Easy Cabbage Roll Casserole Recipe.
The bacon need to be cooked first or it's way too greasy for my tastes. Also, why are these recipes called cabbage roll casserole. They are not rolled, this is a cabbage and beef casserole at best. Name it what you want except rolls! People use the English language appallingly!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi.
This was just OK to my husband and I, just too sweet for our tastes.
