The only change I made was used regular tomato sauce mixed with Asian chili garlic sauce because it's all I could find. Oh, and didn't use the slow cooker. No need.
Left out the poblano and chipotle, the hot salsa covered that. Made a half recipe for two because I only have a toaster oven. Didn't take a pic cause we wiped it out. Will definitely make such an easy recipe again.
Not a single change. I grilled them on my new cast iron grill skillet, 2 minutes per side, and I want to say, this is the best shrimp I've ever tasted, hands down. I was blown away! Definitely doing shrimp this way again!
My husband kept sneaking extra bites. Well, I admit, so did I. So good! The strawberries sweeten up so nice when baked. Had to give it an extra 15 minutes.
I followed others advice and cooked my sausage with onions and apples. I was using Chorizo PakPak sausage which is a beef sausage with a similar taste to hot dogs but with more fat. The sauce is amazing!

Didn't have onion powder, so sprinkled onion salt on the chicken instead of salt, and left it out of the lemon butter. I also had no lemons or lemon juice, so added about 1/4 tsp lemon powder to the butter.
