This was delicious! The chili sauce is not what I think chili sauce is, which is really hot! I knew 3/4 cup was waaaaay too much of the chili paste. So I added bbq sauce & vinegar with the chili paste to give it some kick instead of the straight “chili sauce“ according to the recipe. Still turned out fantastic!

Delicious! There was a little too much lemon juice for my taste. I added an over easy egg on top with chia seeds.

I was feeling a warm drink on a cold night, no cold or flu at all. I had to quadruple the recipe. Wow this knocked me on my bootie! Delicious but took me awhile to drink

I’m not a fan of peppers, but man was I in heaven eating this dish. I followed the recipe exactly... except I Instapot (12 min) the rice and used jasmine rice. Drizzling this sauce on top is incredible. I haven’t made any other Stuffed Pepper recipes, but I have made chef johns and he is spot on.
