Split Pea Soup.
02/11/2021
I made this recipe and the only different thing I did was that I added garlic (I don’t know how to cook with out it! Lol) and added chicken breast to add more protein. Once the soup was done I shredded the chicken! This was a very tasty soup! Loved the thick texture!
I made it with just a few changes- because is what I had on hand. I used /had gluten free flour and Xylitol instead of sugar (the substitution is 1:1). It came out perfect! Love this recipe! Is perfect! Will try with other reviewers changes for pumpkin, etc! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

This was fantastic! After reading all the reviews I dare to add a can of chicken. It was superb! Going now for my second! The hubs kept saying “this is good! This is good!”

Fluffy Pancakes.
06/21/2020
I made these pancakes this morning for guest and I doubled the recipe for 9 servings and did the batter twice (my guests eat a lot! ??) and those pancakes were delicious! They were fluffy, and perfect flavor! I will make this my forever recipe for regular pancakes from now on! Good bye Aunt Jemima!

This recipe was fantastic! My dad wanted me to make something like what he used to eat when he lived in NY. So I tried this recipe. My mistake was to keep them warm @220 in the oven COVERED so they were not crispy. Next time will keep warm UNCOVERED. But it’s definitely a recipe I’ll make again and again!
