Ingredients

  • Angle Hair Pasta (12 OZ)

  • Shrimp (1 Pound deveined with shells off)

  • Yellow Onion (1/2 Small Diced)

  • Butter (2 Tablespoons)

  • Tomato (1 Small Diced)

  • Garlic (4 Cloves Diced)

  • Olives (1/4 Cup Chopped)

  • Lemon Juice (1/2 Medium Lemon)

  • Salt (2 Teaspoon)

  • Capers (2 Teapoon)

  • Leek (1/4 Cup Chopped)

  • Cyanne Powder (To Taste)

  • Olive Oil (1/4 Cup)

  • Chardonnay (3/4 Cup)

  • Cilantro (2 Tablespoons Chopped)

  • Heavy Whipping Cream (1/4 Cup)

Directions

  1. 1. Place oil and butter in a large skillet. Heat over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until opaque. Add Olives, Lemon Juice, Capers , Tomato Paste, Leek, Cyanne, and Chardonnay. Bring to a boil, add shrimp and then simmer for ten minuites.2. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.3. After shrimp is cooked add heavy whipping cream and Cilantro to sauce then serve over pasta.
