Olives (1/4 Cup Chopped)

Lemon Juice (1/2 Medium Lemon)

Salt (2 Teaspoon)

Leek (1/4 Cup Chopped)

Cyanne Powder (To Taste)

Olive Oil (1/4 Cup)

Chardonnay (3/4 Cup)

Cilantro (2 Tablespoons Chopped)

Directions

1. Place oil and butter in a large skillet. Heat over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until opaque. Add Olives, Lemon Juice, Capers , Tomato Paste, Leek, Cyanne, and Chardonnay. Bring to a boil, add shrimp and then simmer for ten minuites.2. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.3. After shrimp is cooked add heavy whipping cream and Cilantro to sauce then serve over pasta.
