We changed the onion to green and split them with our preferences. My husband had mushrooms and sausage and I had bacon. No peppers. Letting them cool and looking forward to tomorrow morning!

We added the carrots and celery whilst adding the broth to have them cook longer. The first time we did it the carrots and celery were still tough. I think it could use a little more seasoning...still figuring out what that might be. The photo is before we added the cheese. Last touch before serving.

I didn’t include the bell pepper but added a half teaspoon of cayenne pepper. I would add even more milk to make it more gravy like.

These are addicting! Great to have in small bowls around the house during a party. Stirring every fifteen minutes is important.
