A keeper!
So good!! Used this recipe for making my first pie crust from scratch. So flaky and buttery. Worked perfectly for chicken pot pie. I was able to combine all the ingredients using a Ninja blender (the one where the blade can be removed, similar to a food processor). I used 3 tbsp of ice water. Probably could've done with 2. My butter got a little wet, but still worked out great!Remember to double or make 2 if you need a top and bottom crust.I used pink salt instead of seat salt since that's what I have. It worked great.My rolling and shaping skills won't win any awards, but tasted amazing. I forgot the egg wash, baked for 30mins on 425°, cooked all the way through.
