Solid recipe. Tasty. Red potatoes a must and quality chicken broth. Did not have a smoked butt, so I used ham bone. Added cubed ham and cannelli beans. A little garlic herb seasoning with salt and pepper. Great winter recipe with a nice French, crusty baguette

Pretty simple and yes, the brown sugar glaze makes it a 5. I don’t like meatloaf recipes that try to be too fancy or include exotic ingredients. This was terrific.

Fantastic recipe. Sauce was a bit sweet but not too much; Italian sausage added a lot to it and the cheese filling was creamy and smooth. A definite in the future.

Pretty simple. Used risotto and added spaghetti sauce to cover. Solid recipe.

Followed almost to a tee ... just used cinnamon. OMG, so tasty!
