Great recipe. I always try to add a personal touch in my bakingy. It would be difficult to personalize if there wasn’t a solid recipe-to work fromI used a little more zucchini ( about. 1/4 c) and put in extra walnuts ( a little over 1/4 c). I also added 1 1/2 c of currants.I like having a bit more texture in zucchini bread.

Delicious. I Made this recipe, but made some small changes. I added sweet hot Thai chili sauce to ketchup blend and added a little more( chili powder in with the meat added scallions nand red onion. We like a little bit of heat. Thai chili sauce gives you a little kick s as you first get the sweet flavor and and then a bit of ‘oh my. I “

Love this dish when made with a little less oil. When made as directed, it comes out a little greasy, so be careful! We froze it and when thawed, the rice sort of went to mush. Flavor is great, but we will undercook the rice next time and reduce oil by a couple tablespoons if we are going to freeze it.

Good easy recipe. I made a couple of tweaks to the recipe to my family’s tastes I used honey mustard (with a little kick) 1/3 cup A full stick of butter and increased the amount of honey to taste about an extra 1/4 cup. I kept the curry powder at 4tsp and did not add the cayenne. The chicken tasted great
