I made this recipe with the addition of a half teaspoon of cayenne pepper. It easily coated 2 1/2 pounds, about 16 wings. My ninja air fryer definitely heats more on the left side. I let them cook for 10 minutes, flip them over for another 10 minutes, then rotated my tray 180° for another 10 minutes. A total of 30 minutes, outside was crispy inside was tender to about 175°. Will definitely use this recipe again!
We really enjoyed this! Just the right amount of spice. Did this on the grill, searing each side for 3 minutes then roasting at 250 for a little over an hour Internal temp was around 110. I’ll cook to 120 next time because the more-done meat on the one end had more meat flavor.
Was very good, we really enjoyed it. Next time I'll use less oil, and prepare this the night before so it infuses the meat a bit more. As someone else mentioned about cooking time, in my connection oven it took only 90 min to cook 2 1/2 pounds to temp.

Very tasty! Will add some crushed red pepper next time for added zing.
