For a cookie press cookie which cannot be gooey, chewy or filled with chocolate and nuts it is the best. They are small, crisp and flavorful. The only caution is that they are highly addictive. I could eat these everyday and never get tired of them. The flavor combination is outstanding. Thank you.
We really enjoyed this. My brother can't handle cayenne so I used ancho chili powder instead- about a half tsp. Thought it was a tad too soupy and a quarter cup of masa flour fixed that. I had 1/2 lb of mild Italian sausage to us up so I added that to the 2lbs of beef. I'm sticking with this recipe, it's delicious and you can alter it to your personal taste. Thanks for posting!
