The cauliflower itself turned out great but I didn’t like the flavor. To me it tasted very chicken-y. I think next time I’ll try cream of mushroom and use more cheese. The cheese taste got lost

This was really tasty! I converted it to a slow cooker recipe. Browned the meat and onions, threw the mushroom soup mix along with the spices and a cup of red wine on the meat. Cooked for eight hours on low and added sour cream in the last half hour. No leftovers!

This recipe turned out very tasty. I didn’t have onion soup mix so I seasoned my pork chops with a bit of Montreal Steak seasoning (spicy version) and a little bit of brown gravy mix. When it came to the sauce it did seem like it only tasted like wine so I added in the rest of the brown gravy packet. Did the trick and thickened up the sauce. Added pork chops back to pan and covered/cooked ten minutes.

I’ve made this quite a few times since I found the recipe. First I sauté everything together onions included. I also use a TBSP of ginger and 2 TBSP of curry. I also use two jalapeños because we love spicy food! I love this recipe and is always a big hit.
