Delicious!, Great recipe, I adjust 2lb of beef to turkey still very delicious. Also the final product was a little watery, why, I put to much water in the meat sauce. When the instructions ask to clean your marinara sauce jar/can and pour water into sauce, you only want to start with a cup. While cooking if you notice the sauce is too thick add more water accordingly. Regardless excellent delicious recipe. Thanks Chef John.

Fantastic, I substituted the beef for 1lb of ground turkey. The key to me is the Italian sausage is key. Great recipe
