This was so good! It came out really soft and light. Next time I might double the filling amount. Mine was done at 30 minutes. Make sure you don’t forget the salt like I did because the salt is really important!
These were very good for a grain free brownie. I added an extra tablespoon of oil to keep it moist. I also added some raspberry extract. Mine were done at 30 minutes. Since the recipe has so many eggs, they taste better cold or at room temperature than right out of the oven. I really like the chocolate chips in this because they make the brownies a little bit gooey.
These are so good! I make them all the time now. I don’t have a tortilla press, so I jut use a heavy pot to press them between parchment. Sometimes I make them thicker and use them like pizza crust. They also make really good crackers.
My family loved these! I didn’t have any ground chicken, so I had to use ground turkey, but I did everything else as written. I served them with cauliflower gnocchi.
