This was so easy and soooo tasty! Made lots of gravy too. I will use this recipe from now on.

It turned out great. I had to add some milk to thin it, actually half and half as that is all I had. I took it to a club meeting and everyone commented how good it was!

This was a great way to use what I had on hand. I used frozen cooked chicken thighs and a store bought frozen pie crust. We loved it!

I used delicata squash, onions and fingerling potatoes as that is what I had on hand. The pork was incredibly tender and delicious - I also added more balsamic, olive oil and 5 cloves or garlic! I will make this again.
