My mother used to make this quick & easy dessert whenI was a child. I have looking for the recipe for years! Taste just like my mother's. Thank you to who ever submitted it!

I have been making these for Christmas or Easter for many years. My Grandmother used to make them. I am away for the holidays and didn't have my recipes with me so I found the same recipe on here! Only thing we do different is first I omit the sugar . Secondly I melt the butter in my dish right in the oven and then layer away! Very Rich Cookie & always a family favorite..

My family is very picky especially my daughter. Let's just say we don't have any leftovers. So easy to make too. This will be one of our favorites! Thank you so much to the person that shared this recipe!
