My Italian Turkey Meatballs.
Like others stated, this needed tweaked but with the tweaks it’s amazing.Doubled the saltAdded:1 t black pepper1 red bell pepper1 onion1/2 t fennel (I might experiment with more)1 tablespoon minced garlic (from the jar)1 t oreganoAlso the nutrition info doesn’t seem to work for me. I used 93% lean turkey and for 1 serving I had (inc my changes) the below. Still very healthy!316 kcal15g carbs15g fat30g protein

My Italian Turkey Meatballs.
When I made these I added in extra flavor based on the reviews that I read. I added garlic, dried basil,chives and sage. I also added a little more parm. This is a great starter for ground turkey meatballs. You can add and adjust to taste. They do need a little more salt. I also added black pepper. Will make this again definitely.

My Italian Turkey Meatballs.
I roasted some fennel and then chopped them up to mix in. Also chopped dill and Worcestershire sauce. Very tasty.
